Retired from large corporation for 20 years. My job as manufacturing/industrial engineer required me working successfully with every department. Teamwork was required to successfully complete projects. The ultimate goal was to improve our bottomline while maintaining or improving quality. I coordinated all areas involved in the project, especially the budgeted portions. My job the last decade was that of consultant to ensure our quality was maintained or improved. This included both our suppliers and customers.
